If you've found a security issue you'd like to report responsibly. Please include enough detail to reproduce, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

Account deletion

You can delete your account and all your data from inside the app — Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete account and all data. If you no longer have access to the app, email privacy@calmbp.com and we'll do it for you after verifying your identity.

Cancel a subscription

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Tap CalmBP Plus
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

You'll keep premium features through the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund, go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find the CalmBP purchase, and follow Apple's prompts.
